BAGAD SONERIEN AN ORIANT

Bagad Sonerien an Oriant was introduced for the first time 40 years ago at the Royal Concert City Hall in Glasgow.

Although they get their inspiration from the music of different parts of Bretagne, especially from the stories of travelers, sailors, the stories of the five ports of the place, etc., they also want to open up to other musical styles, such as electro, together with DJ Sami Fati and Raymond Lazer.

They participate in the Red Bull Boom Bus at the Lorient Interceltic Festival from 2014 to 2016, and in 2017 they were part of the Manhattan Interceltic Evening, as well as parading for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade at the Fifth Avenue.
