A duo formed by Rubén Alba, a piper from Avilés and winner of the Macallan Trophy (Lorient Interceltic Festival, 2002 and 2006), and Nel de Purnea (guitar, effects). This concert is a synthesis of the album Despertar (Rock CD Records, 2018), to which both musicians have added new contributions. Rubén and Nel immerse us in the rhythms of the traditional repertoire, but from their personal perspective on a cultural heritage to which they also contribute with their own compositions.
