AÉROKORDA

Aérokorda is a Belgian neofolk trio founded in 2016, with a musical proposal rooted in the fusion of European traditions, drawing on Celtic—particularly Irish—Slavic, and classical influences. The band is made up of Pavel Souvandjiev (violin and vocals), Adriaan Van Wonterghem (guitar and vocals), and Davy Cautaerts (whistles, mandolin, and vocals). Together, they create a rich and nuanced sonic universe in which traditional melodies intertwine with original compositions.

Winners of international competitions such as Folkarria (Spain) and the Mauro Burnelli Award (Italy), they have built a solid reputation on the European folk circuit, standing out for the quality of their compositions and the power of their live performances.

They have released two albums to date, Hush the Wolves (2017) and Ashes Fell (2021), both of which reflect the evolution of their sound and artistic vision.
